MYIU Designs makes sure that you get your favourite product easily at your doorstep. No more roaming across markets, showrooms, and brick-and-mortar shops to find your favourite accessories. Our easy shipping process makes us one of the popular picks among our clients.
In case we are not able to process your order because of incorrect or incomplete payment details, the processing of your order may get delayed by an additional two business days. Sometimes, it may happen that the item which you have ordered has just got out of stock. In that case, your order may require 30 business days to process and get shipped.
At MYIU Designs, we make sure that the products you get are absolutely up to the mark and that they get delivered to you as per your expectations, without any damage. However, if you still do not wish to accept the parcel or not like the product, in that case, we provide a hassle-free return and refunds policy to all our clients.
- We accept cancellation requests of your orders up to 12 hours after placing the order.
- We accept returns only within 10 days of the shipped date. So, in case you do not like a particular product, make sure you return it as soon as possible.
- In case you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, make sure that you return the product within 10 days of the shipped date.
- After initiating the refund, if somehow the credit fails to reach your source/bank details, we will re-initiate the refund within the next 14 days.
